No secret that I love illuminating powders, since I have written some other reviews about illuminizers here. This month I found Diorskin Nude Air Illuminating Powder in Glowing Pink after buying many other illuminizers that didn’t really work, so I decided to give it a go, because I love Dior and normally the products don’t disappoint me.

I love Chanel products, that’s no secret, so always when I see a novelty at their counters, I quickly try it there and buy it. Simply because I know that the quality is good and that unfortunately having very sensitive skin, including lips, I won’t have any allergy using Chanel products. So this was the case of this lip gloss!

During a trip to a cold weather region, and having very sensitive lip skin, I found myself without any lip balm – and believe me, lip balm is something I always carry with me. A bit desperate (joking; desperate is to be homeless) I saw a Sephora store in front of me and entered to buy a lip balm. What have I found?  This gorgeous set of lip glosses!

It was a beautiful surprise to find this Kiko eye shadow in one of their stores during a trip. Apparently it was a new release and I just fell in love with the pink color. But it started in a different way! Let’s take a look at the Kiko Water eyeshadow, in 219 Flamingo pink.

I love L’Occitane, cause the products are so beautifully scented, great quality and also, the packaging is so vintage-like – I simply love all about the brand! This time it wasn’t different – this Shower Gel and hand cream are amazing. The set contained a scented candle and a great body scrub as well, but I will review the two mentioned products now, the Verbena Foaming Bath, with organic verbena extract and the Dry Skin Hand Cream with 20% of Shea Butter.

I love to browse shops at airports, cause some of the novelties are really good, exclusive (so, that is the time to buy them, cause we won’t find it in another store) and sometimes, reasonably priced. And above all, I am always in love with palettes – a practical way to have many choices during a trip. So I spotted this Yves Saint Laurent eye shadow palette and fell in love with the colors! But, is it good, for the price it was? It wasn’t cheap, so I expected really a good quality product.

I think I never told here, but some people who know me, know that I simply hate hand creams and body lotions. No matter how much a clerk tells me that “no, this one is not sticky like the others” (so they know all the “other” creams on the market?) – it doesn’t matter, I feel sticky. But seriously, this year I have started to change concerning this aspect (and listened to one of my dermatologists 🙂 Due to my skin complexion and family genes, I have lentigines freckles on many parts of my body (meaning, not because of sun, but genetic) – and this means I have dry and sensitive skin at the same time (according to expert dermatologists in the journal Nutrition USA, whoever has dry skin will have freckles in a proportion that is 3 times higher than people with oily or combination skin). Recognizing that I was wrong about hand creams, and feeling my skin going drier and drier, I finally accepted a friend’s recommendation — the Balance Me Super Moisturising Hand Cream – Ultra effective and seriously soothing. Yes, that’s what comes written on the tube!
