Kate Spade New York loves having a theme and this time, Mexico it is! They used floral prints, flirty frills, off-the-shouldr tops and many embroidered items and all these ingredients together created a great result, this pre fall collection! With bold colors being the center of attention you can say that Frida Kahlo was a source of inspiration too! Only accessories managed to stay humble in black, burgundy and pale pink! I do really love this collection, what about you ?
Day 2 of the New York Fashion Week had, in my opinion, far more interesting looks to show than Day 1. As expected, we saw everything, from bright colors, prints, and pastels, to darker ones. And from girly and ethereal looks to more minimal ones. I liked many pieces from different houses, like Cushnie et Ochs, Adam Selman, Kate Spade New York and Tess Giberson but the blue/black pieces of Jason Wu really stole my heart. Once again, I picked my favorite ones from each house and I’m presenting them to you below.
