Cinzia Bolognesi is an illustrator, but her art is very different from what you’ve ever seen. On her Instagram account, you’re going to find mostly #flatlays of illustrations made of coffee, sugar and other spices, by her, usually accompanied by a nice cup of coffee or some beautiful flowers. When I found her account, I followed her without even thinking it twice! That’s how good I believe it is. She’s very talented and her work is really inspirational. Kristina Carillo is the representative of the Fully Raw diet, a revolution as she calls it! She has been 100% raw for over nine years which means that she is eating ONLY raw fruits,vegetables and some nuts!! Nothing more, nothing less, going raw is all about body and soul cleanse as she claims and I really believe her! I’ve never seen a happier person than her, she glows from inside and she always is so cheerful, I wish I could go fully raw too!
