MIGATO takes us in a dreamy landscape, through the new advertising campaign for the Autumn/Winter 2017-18 season. This year, their ad campaign takes us to the gardens of the Vassilissis Amalias Tower, a 19th-century fairytale tower on the outskirts of Athens. The designs of the new winter collection star in the enchanting landscape. Their main features are: velvet, satin as well as luxurious embroidery and gems, giving it its unique fantasy atmosphere.
It was recently announced that Karl Lagerfeld is collaborating with footwear brand Vans for a capsule collection of both apparel and footwear, set to launch worldwide on September 7th. The collection will include remakes of six shoes, including the Sk8-Hi laceless platform and Old Skool laceless. The iconinc Vans checkerboard pattern will be mixed with Karl’s initials in quilted leather, and Lagerfeld’s own unique style. The collection will also include black & white T-shirts, bomber jackets and backpacks, with Karl’s image on them. The prices of the collection will range between $40 and $300, with the capsule collection making its debut at the Bread & Butter trade show in Berlin in early September. After September 7, it will be distributed in Karl Lagerfeld boutiques internationally, selected Vans retailers, and online. Karl Lagerfeld teased the collection through his Instagram account, but till now we haven’t seen a sneak peek of the collaboration.
Greek TV presenter, Mary Synatsaki, collaborated with the Greek footwear company, Envie Shoes, to release a new summer shoes collection for women. The collection will include 7 new styles, in various colors and prints, which are going to follow all the latest fashion trends, and are expected to be sold out really soon. The release date was just yesterday, even though it’s been announced for a short while now, and you can find it on selective stores in Greece, and online on envieshoes.gr, & Mary’s personal website, buyaboo.gr. The prices range between 55€ and 75€, and you can check out the whole collaboration through the photos of this post.
MIGATO presents its new advertising campaign for the season of Spring/Summer 2017, the photo shooting of which took place in Nafplion, at the 3sixty and Hippolyte hotels, in the romantic setting created by the neoclassical buildings, narrow streets and cobbled squares of the historic city, underscoring the Greek roots of the brand. With its basic message being #followMI, which means “follow MIGATO» or “follow me (wearing MIGATO)» the brand invites the public to upload photos to social media with their favorite MIGATO, wherever they are – at work, on a walk, on holidays. This season, get inspired by the new MIGATO campaign and share your style on Instagram with the hashtag #followMI. The most inspirational images will be selected to be published in the social media of MIGATO!
We hope we’re not too late to let you know that Rihanna’s new Fenty x Puma shoe collection for spring 2017 is already out! The collection features four shoe styles in two colors, baby pink or as they call it “silver pink” and olive green: satin bow slides and sneakers with satin bow laces, a zip sneaker boot with a chunky platform and a lace-up stiletto-heeled sneaker. All styles, except for the stilleto-sneaker, are unisex and available in both men’s and women’s sizes. The prices range between $90 (for the slides), and $450 (for the stilleto sneakers), and they are the first, but not the last, styles that have been released from the spring collection. You can buy the new Fenty x Pumpa spring 2017 collection on puma’s website, or wait for them to drop at selective Puma stores worldwide (you can also click on the photos/links below to buy them from European sites). But one thing is for sure; you need to hurry up!
