Kit Harington Will Be the Face of Dolce & Gabbana's New Fragrance

Dolce & Gabbana recently announced that Game of Thrones star Kit Harington will be the face of their new men’s fragrance, called The One. “Kit Harington is exactly how we see the Dolce & Gabbana man: young, naturally charming, charismatic, with a personality rich in traits. There could be no other face for The One for Men.” Domenico Dolce and Stefano Gabbana stated. This isn’t Kit’s first ad campaign as he had previously starred in the men’s footwear campaign for Jimmy Choo back in 2014. The fragrance campaign launces in September 2017.

Frances Bean Cobain Is The New Face Of Marc JacobsFrances Bean Cobain, the 24-year-old daughter of Kurt Cobain and Courtney Love, has just signed as the new face of Marc Jacobs’ new Spring/Summer 2017 ad campaign. Frances made clear that she’s not going to follow a modeling career in the future, as it is “100% out of her comfort zone”, but Marc and Frances have known each other, since Frances was just a toddler, and they admire each other, so she thought it was a great opportunity to work together. In the exclusive interview she gave Vogue, she said: “I don’t model unless I think the project is cool, and I don’t put my name behind something that I don’t genuinely believe in. I thought this collection was great, and I was flattered that Marc thought of me for this. What I said to Marc when I was saying yes was that he’s an underdog for the masses. He’s still very rebellious within the fashion world, and he’s been like that his entire career”. The campaign was shot by David Sims, and these 3 are the first images we’ve seen from it. But we can’t wait to see the whole campaign.

Taraji P. Henson and Jussie Smollett are the new faces of MAC Viva Glam which will launch in February 2017. This is not the first time Taraji collaborated with MAC since earlier this year they launched a limited-edition collection which sold out way too fast. Now she’s supporting the MAC AIDS Fund by collaborating with MAC again for their new Viva Glam collection, and she brought along her Empire co-star Jussie Smollett. Since 1994, 100% of the proceeds from the purchase of any MAC Viva Glam product has gone to the MAC AIDS Fund. This organization supports a wide range of international groups and provides services to those living with the illness.

Gigi & Bella Hadid for Moschino & Fendi spring 2017 ad campaigns

Supermodel sisters Gigi and Bella Hadid star together, not in one, but in two Spring ad campaigns. First we saw them photographed together by Karl Lagerfeld for Fendi’s campaign, which is actually the first collaboration Bella has with the iconic brand. And just a few days ago, it was announced via the brand’s Instagram account, that they’re both the faces of Moschino’s spring 2017 campaign. In the photos that were released, shot by Steven Meisel, the sisters are seen in the brand’s paper doll dresses from Moschino’s spring runway, trying to avoid the flashes of paparazzi.

New fragrance My Burberry Black

The new My Burberry Black fragrance is a creation of Creative Director and Chief Executive Officer Christopher Bailey, in collaboration with the internationally renowned perfumer Francis Kurkdjian. The fragrance is inspired by the black Burberry Heritage trench coat. It combines the aroma of peach nectar, sunny jasmine flower and rose tones. The characteristic rose note in the heart of My Burberry acquires a sweet and tempting caramel complexion, while patchouli in a rich amber color completes the fragrance, giving off a mellow and seductive scent. The fragrance is packaged in a glass bottle in rich amber color, which reflects the design of the details of the black trench coat of Burberry Heritage. The dark horny cap is reminiscent of the characteristic buttons of the trench, while the English, hand-tied knot in black, a creation derived from Castleford in Yorkshire, pays tribute to the garment invented by Thomas Burberry more than 100 years ago. Mario Testino was the photographer of the campaign, starring the British-born actress Lily James, in her first campaign for Burberry.

In the new H&M Modern Essentials selected by David Beckham campaign, David Beckham meets again the famous comedian Kevin Hart. It’s a follow-up of their first advertisement and this time they are traveling together by car while Kevin Hart prepares for his new role as David in a biopic movie. As for the collection, it includes all the basic pieces a man needs in order to be smart with the aviator jacket and the sweater with stripes being the most popular ones. The Modern Essentials selected by David Beckham Fall 2016 collection will be available in all H&M stores that have men’s clothing department and online at hm.com at the end of the month.

Jared Leto in the Gucci Guilty campaignJared Leto stars in the Gucci campaign for its new fragrance called Guilty. Leto replaced Chris Evans and Evan Rachel Wood who have previously starred in Gucci’s campaigns. The campaign was shot in Venice by director Glen Luchford and the models alongside Jared Leto, are Julia Hafstrom and Vera Van Erp. The campaign appears to be a “liberated expression of sexuality”, as the brand describes it. The 2 versions of the Guilty fragrance, Gucci Guilty Pour Femme and Gucci Guilty Pour Homme, both break gender expectations. Gucci Guilty Pour Femme is a mix of sweet lilac with geranium, a note usually used in men’s colognes, while Gucci Guilty Pour Homme a blend of lemon, lavender and patchouli, but also orange blossom, an ingredient typically used in female fragrances.
