London welcomed fashion week with rain but it might have felt sorry for the fashionistas (it was too freezing in New York) so it gave them sun! I sincerely have to say that london streetstyle is something unique, something you can’t find anywhere in the world! It might be the air who makes girls wear colors and add pop touches to their outfits! So let’s see my favorite looks!
Fashion month is still on, this time in London. The smaller fashion week than the four of them is over, leaving us with less favorite looks as the shows weren’t many. Mary Katrantzou’s collection with the exceptional and unique prints used along with the exquisite collection of Christopher Kane based in simple, yet elegant silhouettes stood out for the fashion crowd. Also, the same impact had Burberry Prorsum’s collection featuring the brand’s iconic coats. These are the best looks of the designers! Karlie Kloss, one of the Victoria’s Secret’s angels is out of the angels’ team, news that were confirmed last weekend. The model has many commitments as the face of Chanel Coco Noir perfume and also as an ambassador for L’Oreal Paris and can no longer hold all of them, so she decided to leave the team. She didn’t part in bad terms with the Victoria’s Secret team, and her depart will happen by the end of this year, when her contract officially expires.
Designers: we know the obvious and acclaimed ones, like Ferragamo, Givenchy, Dior and many others. But there’s a new generation putting their stamp on fashion and it’s worth to know about them!
NYFW just ended but this time it took place under severe weather conditions since New York was dressed in a total white outfit with below zero temperatures! Fashionistas from all over the world showed us their fearless self by walking on ice with heels, looking fabulous! Longchamp recently released their Spring/Summer 2015 ad campaign in which Alexa Chung stars. The ad campaign images were shot at MAMO, Centre d’art de la Cité Radieuse of Marseille, France, by Max Vadukul. In the ad campaign, Alexa wears the iconic Le Pliage Héritage bag in its mini version, in many different colors, pairing it with beautiful colorful dresses and espadrilles. The New York Fashion Week may be over, but Stylishly Beautiful will inform you about everything that happened and of course you’re going to see the best designer looks for autumn/winter 2015-2016 season. In general, the runways were dominated by furs, fur vests and accessories creating a new trend for the upcoming season. Black, white, grey and khaki where the main colors used by the designers to develop their collections. Also, the fashion crowd was impressed by Alexander Wang’s dark collection, as most of the looks were total black and by Michael Kors’ high quality dresses and furs. The first show of Peter Copping for Oscar de la Renta, a few months after the omonymous designer’s death, didn’t go unnoticed either. Six months ago PETA revealed how the making of angora knitwear was impressively cruel to rabbits. Zara (or actually, the company that also owns Massimo Dutti and Bershka) now banned angora from all its future collections, following the steps of Marks & Spencer, Topshop, Primark and H&M.
Super-blogger Chiara Ferragni just launched her spring summer designs for her shoe collection which makes her income huge every year (only in 2014 her income from the shoes was 7 million dollars!). The new collection (which became sold out in 24 hours from their launch) has many different models and materials such as glitter, lace, bass e.t.c. I personally loved every single piece and if I could, I would buy them all! As for the prices, they are a bit high but all the Ferragni fans (me included) will save money to buy these babes !
