We’ve already shown you some of Sante’s new collection items, when they first came out, but now that the collection is completed, and the lookbook is out we ought to feature it again. The new spring/summer 2015 collection of Sante shoes is inspired by the 70’s, with boho details, bold colors and leather, suede and snakeskin being the main textures. Brocade and patchwork revival trend
It seems there’s a new trend – well, not that “new”, rather a comeback – that was seen on the London runways lately – brocade and tapestry! Even the smallest details were covered by that, having the Burberry Prorsum show opened by a song from the Tapestry album, by Carole King, a definite mention to the 70s, when brocade and tapestry were so in, with so nice patchwork items.
Alexander McQueen Savage Beauty exhibition
The late fashion designer Alexander McQueen (1969-2010) has an exhibition of his great work in London, at the Victoria and Albert Museum. It opened in March, so if you are a fan of his work and are in London, please don’t miss the chance of visiting it!

Axel ad campaign and lookbook for spring/summer 2015
We’ve written again about Axel in the past, but for those of you who don’t remember it, it’s a Greek clothing and accessories company. Axel picked the Greek TV presenter Faye Skorda as the face of their new ad campaign for spring/summer 2015. Faye shows us a small part of the collection, but you can take a look at the lookbook photos down below. It seems that the company suggests bold prints, and colors inspired by the 60s for this spring, and of course lots of white and blue, which are our country’s signature colors. The zebra print of the company was a huge hit last season so it returns in new colors, and printed on new items to make you even more stylish.
NAUTICA men’s sportswear spring 2015 collection
This spring, stripes are making a comeback. Inspired by the coordinate maps, the spring 2015 collection reinterprets the nautical style in a more graphic way this time. White and blue will be the protagonists, with strong color accents between them to create contrast. This collection is modern and clear and provides us with everything necessary for the warm months ahead. Abstract floral prints, photographic images and vivid colors are being incorporated to the collection, especially in swimsuits, which are shorter this year, with drawstring waist and bold colors. White denim, red chinos and linen trousers are excellent choices. Raw denim makes its appearance for the first time in the collection and gets combined with shirts or plaid cotton blouses. Floral bermuda shorts stand out, especially when worn with light linen shirts. Corduroy fabric also makes an appearance this season, as we’ll get to see striped bermuda shorts worn with t-shirts or sweaters with zippers. Unique striped combinations in t-shirts, interesting details in pockets or the lining of hooded sweatshirts and collars of polo shirts make the outfits even more beautiful. In swimsuits, we’re going to see vertical lines which give clean navy style. Let’s take a look at the spring 2015 below.

Kendall Jenner was confirmed on March 26th as the new face of Calvin Klein. It’s remarkable how fast and in a competent way Kendall is adding contracts to her fashion-modeling career. Calvin Klein, in the past, has already signed with Brooke Shields, Lara Stone, Kate Moss and Justin Bieber, among others.
Mini Cara Delevingne and Kate Moss | Withings campaign
A few weeks ago a new campaign for the cool watch brand Withings was aired, showing mini models recreating the iconic Burberry 2014 campaign with Kate Moss and Cara Delevingne, shot by Mario Testino for the My Burberry perfume. The mini lookalikes are Harley Chapman, 10 and Maya Koski-Wood, 12. Harley said that it was a lot of fun recreating the campaign and that she hopes she goes on modelling. She has already posed for Primark, Massimo Dutti, Clarks and others.
Marion Cotillard’s Dior Ad Revealed
Marion Cotillard is the main face of Lady Dior bag ad campaign. In the picture revealed exclusively by the famous fashion house, the actress poses wearing a dress from Dior’s Pre-Fall 2015 collection. In this way, the house leads to promote the authentic French beauty and elegance. The ad campaign will be released in magazines in the next few weeks, along with a film that will be released on April 8 exclusively at diormag.com.
