I’m sure you have already noticed that checked & plaid prints are having a comeback this season, and it’s a huge trend. Starting with the all time classic blazer, which is the perfect outerwear for fall season, and looks absolutely amazing “dressed” in plaid. Followed by other kinds of outerwear, like coats, or more athletic jackets like the one in the pic above, and finished off with nice skirts, and pants. If you’re bold enough and fashion forward, you can wear a total plaid look, or even add some color to your plaids. Since most women aren’t comfortable enough to wear such a bold print in different colors, we decided to play it safe today, and only share with you more discreet choices, playing with different hues of grey and black.

They are perfect for fall, and for layering over tops, and under coats, so if we had to recommend one plaid item for you to buy this season, a blazer would definitely be the one. Plaid coats are also classic pieces that never go out of style, so if you want to invest in one, this season is your chance to find the perfect one for you, since there will be an abundance of them on the market, since it’s a trendy piece. The next item on the list is of course the plaid pair of pants. Skinny, capri or flared it’s perfect for the days at the office or the nights out, if combined with the right accessories of course. Last but not least, the plaid skirt. Mini ruffled skirts look amazing on, and they add some playfulness to your everyday looks, but midi ones are also great if you’re a fan of them.
